At an especially trying time, Long Term Assurance tossed me a crucial life-line in hopes of caring for my 90-year old mother.  During the process I found them to be professional, knowledgeable and caring.  They kept in touch at every turn of the application with excellent communication skills.  In short they delivered what they promised.  And while they must handle numerous clients they managed to personalize my mother’s application to the extent that I have no doubt would have produced positive results sooner than later.  Unfortunately, my mother passed away unexpectedly before a final outcome.  But that does not negate the above.
