I am so grateful for the professional assistance of Sandy, Dawn, and everyone else at Long Term Assurance! When my father fell and broke his hip in January of 2016, it was clear that both my parents needed to be moved to an Assisted Living facility. Sandy and Dawn helped me through the process of filing paperwork to become POA for my parents, then applying for VA benefits for my dad. It was very complicated, as his original service records had been destroyed. After he passed away in December of 2017, Sandy and Dawn also helped me apply for spousal benefits for my mother’s care, in addition to dad’s VA death benefits. I couldn’t have navigated the system without their help! Great job!
